Princeton Digital collaborated with Viatris to create an immersive application aimed at supporting clinicians in their knowledge with prescribing DYMISTA. This app provides innovative tools for specialists and general practitioners, enriching their understanding and engagement with DYMISTA through interactive 3D anatomical models, videos, and resources.

 

Project Objectives

 

  1. Promote patient education: Develop an engaging and interactive platform for clinicians to explore product details, providing them with real-time educational content and resources to help them educate their patients.
  2. User-Friendly Navigation: Design intuitive navigation that allows users to seamlessly move between 3D anatomical models, instructional videos and ordering of anatomical pads.
  3. Streamlined Communication: Enable clinicians to easily contact Viatris representatives and place product orders directly through the app.

Interactive 3D Anatomical Models: Allows users to view detailed 3D anatomical models of human body parts and interact with various features, including zoom, rotation, dissection and draw tools, making it an essential educational asset.

 

 

 

 

Mechanism of Action videos: The Viatris AR App features high-quality Mechanism of Action videos that visually explain how DYMISTA works in the body. These videos help clinicians better understand the product and effectively educate patients.

 

 

 

 

Comprehensive Resource Library: A rich repository of videos and resources, including instructional content and product information, aimed at enhancing clinician knowledge and promoting best practices.

 

 

 

 

Ordering System: Clinicians can conveniently order anatomical pads, streamlining the ordering process directly through the app.

 

 

 

 

Real-Time Notifications: Users receive alerts on new content updates, such as additional 3D anatomical models, videos, and other resources.

 

 

 

 

Privacy and Compliance: Includes secure login processes, Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy links to ensure user confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

 

 

Web-based backend: A web-based microsite to manage all the app contents (including 3D anatomical models, videos, resources, etc.), users’ permissions and credentials, and app history.

Results

 

Since the ViAnatomy app’s launch, Viatris has reported enhanced engagement with clinicians, streamlined access to educational resources, and positive feedback regarding the app’s ease of use and innovative features. The AR capabilities have also proven effective in differentiating Viatris’ digital offerings in the pharmaceutical space, setting a new standard for product education and clinician support. With over 800 doctors (GP and Specialists included) using this app, it has been well received by the targeted userbase to promote DYMISTA among Australia’s healthcare professionals.
